BROOKSIDE RESERVATIONS (Up To 14 Days in Advance)
ONLINE RESERVATIONS ONLY
All reservations, adjustments and cancellations must be made ONLINE ONLY. This is available 24/7 to ensure compliance with the cancellation policy.
BROOKSIDE RESERVATIONS DEPOSITS
All reservations will require a $10.00 non-refundable deposit per player and this amount will be credited towards each golfer’s green fee upon check-in.
RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance and open Daily at Midnight.
Reservations made 8 to 14 days in Advance will also be charged a non-refundable $4.95/Player Reservation Fee. The advanced booking fee is non-refundable, including cancellation, no-shows, reductions, inclement weather, or rescheduling of your tee time. Advance reservation fees are not applicable towards the total amount due at check-in. All days and times, including weekends and holidays, are eligible for Advance Bookings, subject to availability for 1 to 4 players.
Tee time reservations for Juniors or SCGA youth should NOT be made through the Public Booking portal. To make a Junior or SCGA youth reservation please call the golf course on the day of or on a standby basis only.
Discounts for The Arroyo Golf Cardholders or Senior Rates will be given at the time of check-in.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tee time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation window will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the reserved green fee. No shows or short shows will be subject to a no show fee equal to the value of the reserved green fee. No refunds will be given. Deposits and advance reservation fees paid at booking are non-refundable and cannot be applied to other players in a short show reservation.

All prepaid reservations are NON REFUNDABLE.

We welcome golfers with disabilities. The course will make reasonable accommodations to ensure that golfers with disabilities are able to enjoy the course. Please contact the General Manager or Head Golf Professional at the course for more information.
TEE TIME POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the course requests that you do so at least 24 hours before the start of your round. However, at no point during the online reservation process will your credit card be charged by the course for the amount due at course. Cancellations inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to being charged to the credit card at the applicable rate.
