Open to the public daily, the restaurant offers panoramic views of the surrounding San Gabriel mountains, manicured greens, and fairways lined with mature, majestic eucalyptus, pines and oaks. The fare is simple and delicious—housemade burgers, fresh fish, salads, sandwiches, and appetizers—we offer something for everyone. Enjoy a bloody mary with breakfast or a cold beer with lunch. Relax near our fireplace or head out to the patio and watch the golfers out on the course.

Meet our Executive Chef, Mario Harrison

Executive Chef Mario Harrison first learned the benefits of sustainable foods and sourcing local ingredients as a child, growing up on his grandparents’ Wisconsin farm. During his 18-year professional culinary and kitchen management career, Chef Mario cooked and consulted throughout the world, and staged at several Michelin 1- and 2-rated restaurants including Charlie Trotters (Chicago), NOLA (New Orleans), Patina (LA), and Uva (Miami). Specializing in New American cooking with Southern, French, Italian, Spanish, and Asian influences, Chef Mario has a true passion for food and loves creating culinary delights for not just the Brookside Restaurant, but for Brookside private events and tournaments as well.
